2018 Sagrantino (Heathcote)
From Chalmers Vineyard, Heathcote, this wine has hints of tomato leaf and blood plums. It feels a bit rustic but also cuddly in flavours… a bit of pomegranate tang with a sweet cherry, touch of smoke and dried leaves. Bright red crunchy fruit perfume and good hit of flavourful energy. Tasty and very drinkable very easily.
Drink with salami & cheeses; braised oxtail ragu or venison carpaccio.

2022 Grenache (Heathcote)
A wine inspired by some of the great producers of the southern Rhône, our Grenache is fresh and expressive. Aromas of plum jam, turkish delight, raspberry, cinnamon, black pepper and rusted iron. Despite the bright fruit on the nose the palate is savoury with great definition, length and chewy tannin.
Pair with a steaming bowl of bolognese peppered with bucket-loads of parmesan.

2019 Chardonnay (Yarra Valley)
From Coombe Farm Vineyard, the nose shows aromas of stone fruits, almonds, and white flowers. The wine is textured and long despite the absence of oak character. The palate is soft, round and perfectly balanced. It is looking fully resolved and drinking beautifully.
Drink with roast chicken with thyme and garlic or a big box of salty popcorn.

2022 Pinot Noir (Yarra Valley)
Ruby red in appearance, with aromas of spice and poached fruits, this finely structured Pinot has a soft underlying bed of plum, blackberries, blueberries and vanilla. The finish is long, textured and savoury.
Pair with leek and mushroom risotto with heaps of pepper or a rabbit terrine
