2020 Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir
“Not sure whose soul needs saving here, but this just-right pinot certainly put me in a good frame of mind. It’s gentle, although neat acidity is the main driver as tannins are supple and fine. Juicy with macerated cherries spiced with chinotto, star anise and menthol filling out the lighter-framed palate with some charred radicchio on the finish. Drink now and stop worrying”. 91 points Jane Faulkner, Halliday Wine Companion.

2021 Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir
“Fresh and vibrant, a little flirty and uncomplicated. I reckon that equals a delicious drink. It’s a lighter-framed offering with spicy and tangy cherries, supple tannins and a squirt of finger lime acidity”. 90 points Jane Faulkner. Halliday Wine Companion.

The Syme on Yarra vineyard was part of the original Killara Station which was the genesis for farming the Gruyere region of the Yarra Valley. Over time this single vineyard has developed a reputation for producing fruit of the highest quality. The grapes are always super healthy and do not require any intervention to produce high quality wine.

2018 Syme on Yarra Pinot Noir
Wild berry characters sit on top of the darker, plummier fruit elements. The wine has evolved and is currently drinking very well as the sweetness of the darker fruits arrange themselves with the lighter berry characters.

2020 Syme on Yarra Pinot Noir
Fresh, graceful, and vibrant the 2020 offers great depth of fruit. Cranberries, cherries, and raspberry sit on top of flavours of anise, pomegranate, and earth. Beautifully weighted and textured with a velvety mouthfeel.
