2018 Yarra Valley Pinot Noir
This wine is the marriage of two sites in the Yarra Valley, together they give us a wine that is both structured and generous. Fragrant, opulent, and vibrant – a juicy mouth friendship.

Drinking beautifully now the wine will continue developing on this pathway for several more years.

2017 Save Our Souls Sagrantino
This wine is pure fun, it’s a party in a glass!…spicy nose of anise and dark berries, the palate has dark plums and cherries with a juicy centre, but wait there’s more, on the back palate we can see black tea, black olives and the crushed cherries linger.

Fun Fact: Studies have found that Sagrantino has the highest polyphenol (anti-oxidants) of any red wine. So its actually healthy for you!

2018 Save Our Souls Sangiovese
One of our most popular wines, it’s the perfect mid week wine – ok anytime wine.
In the glass the aromas of black fruits including black cherry, black currant and blackberry as well as  rose petals and earth really catch you.

Dark, brooding, savoury and super loooonnggg!
