Description
Pale in colour with lifted aromas of rose petal and raspberry. The palate shows delicate red berry fruits with a classic strawberries-and-cream texture, finishing dry, fresh, and beautifully balanced.
Eat: Cured meats with fresh fruit, poached fish and salad, or goat’s cheese and mushroom frittata.
Sourced from Pinot Noir grown at Yarra Station in Yarra Glen, the fruit was harvested in early March and gently pressed to capture purity and finesse. The fruit was lightly pressed before fermenting in stainless steel with a vigorous fermentation. A small portion was matured in barrel, with the majority aged on lees in stainless steel for nine months, adding subtle richness and a creamy texture to the palate.
Created as a life raft when we found ourselves in a sea of Savvy B. Drink at any sign of sunshine, or whenever you feel the need to add a little more into your day.
